Chan Beum Park

Dr. Park is a professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, KAIST. He also serves as a director of the National Creative Research Initiative (CRI) Center supported by the Korean Government. He received his B.S. (1991), M.S. (1995), and Ph.D. (1999) degrees from POSTECH, then pursued postdoctoral research at the University of California, Berkeley (1999-2002), and worked as an assistant professor at the Arizona State University (2002-2006) before joining KAIST.
